Service overview

Firmwatch provides software for monitoring UK company data and sending alerts based on public information and customer-configured portfolios.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for activity carried out under your account. Please use a strong password and notify us if you suspect unauthorised access.

Acceptable use

You must not use Firmwatch to:

  • break the law or infringe the rights of others
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data
  • reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the service in a harmful way
  • upload data you do not have the right to use

Data sources and accuracy

Firmwatch uses public and third-party data sources, including Companies House. We aim to provide timely, accurate alerts, but we cannot guarantee that public records are complete, error-free, or updated in real time. You remain responsible for your own business decisions.

Billing

If paid plans are enabled for your account, subscriptions renew until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

Availability

We aim for a reliable service, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may suspend access for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, or legal reasons.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Firmwatch is provided on an as-is basis. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by reliance on public registry data, delayed filings, or customer configuration choices.
